Delete your data

The short version
Peptide Pen Pal doesn't hold a record of you. There's no account to close, no profile to remove, and no chat history stored on our servers. Anything the app did save is on your own device, and you can wipe it in a few taps using the steps below. If you'd still like us to check or remove something, email team@peptidepenpal.com and we'll handle it.
Remove everything the app saved on your device
This clears your shopping cart, the app cache, and the chat that's open on your screen.
Android (installed app)
- Open Settings → Apps → Peptide Pen Pal.
- Tap Storage & cache, then Clear storage.
- Or uninstall the app — that removes everything it saved.
Android (in Chrome)
- Tap the three-dot menu → Settings → Sites.
- Find peptidepenpal.app and tap Clear & reset.
iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Peptide Pen Pal → Delete App.
- In Safari: Settings → Apps → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
Desktop browser
- Open peptidepenpal.app and click the lock or tune icon by the address.
- Choose Cookies and site data (or “Site settings”) → Clear data.
- Or clear browsing data for this site from your browser's history settings.
Ask us to delete something on our side
Email team@peptidepenpal.com with “Data deletion” in the subject line. You don't need to include an account ID, because there isn't one — tell us roughly when you used the app and what you'd like removed, and we'll reply within 30 days.
In practice that means we confirm nothing tied to you is stored, and if your chat question was still sitting in the AI service's short-term logs, we forward a removal request to them on your behalf.
What's outside our reach
Orders. If you bought something, your order and payment records are held by our store (powered by Shopify), not by this app. Ask our store's customer support for the order to be deleted, or use Shopify's own privacy contact.
Things you sent to the AI service. Once a question is sent to generate an answer, we can ask for it to be removed but can't reach into their systems ourselves.
Your rights
Where the law gives you the right to ask what we hold, to have it deleted, or to complain to a data protection authority, you can use the email above. Because we hold no personal data, a deletion request usually ends with us confirming there's nothing to delete — but we'll still answer and still check.
